Usage of the Raw Material

Melamine Dinnerware




Melmine can be used as basic material for melamine moldinig compound, which can make melamine dinnerware. Such dinnerware is non-toxic, heat-retardant, porcelain-like and uneasy to break.Thus, it becomes a popular product for kitchen. But it should not be used in microwave or too close to fire, otherwise, the dinnerware will crack.

Wood Processing


Melamine resin is also widely used in wood processing such as particle board and plywood etc.To prevent formaldehyde emission in particle board, it often co-created with urea-formaldehyde, which has added benefit of preventing the degradation of glue bonds. It is called melamine -urea-formaldehyde. 

Flame-Resistance


Heat and fire resistance is the common feature of melamine products. It is widely used in products such as firemen uniforms, thermal liners or heat-resistant gloves and aprons. After sulfonation, melamine resin can create a super-plasticzer that bolsters the concrete for high resistance.However, this additive primarily serves to reduce the water content within the concrete while still keeping it fluid and workable when being poured and shaped. The end result is concrete with lower porosity and a higher mechanical strength.
